Refund and Returns Policy

Not quite what you wanted? Not a problem. Simply contact us within 30 days of purchase. For more information see the details below:


  • Contact us to get Return Authorization Number.


Once You Receive Your Return Authorization Number:

  • Repackage items exactly how you received them — manufacturer boxes, bags, tags, and all.
  • Place everything in your shipping box and address it to Atlantic Knife, 143 Wise Mountain RD NW, Coeburn VA 24230 (include Return Authorization Number).
  • Take your sealed box to any USPS location or drop-off box.


  • When your return is received, a refund and conformation will be emailed to you.


  • We’ll start processing your replacement item right away and will be shipped in 3-5 business days. Exchanges will be of same item only.
  • We’ll email you a new order confirmation and a shipping confirmation.


  • Items must be sent back within 30 days from the purchase date, though during the holiday season (November 1 – January 1) we’ll give you up to 45 days from the purchase date to make gift-giving easier.
  • It is at our discretion to choose whether or not a 15% Restocking Fee will apply if we find items are returned for reasons otherwise stated by buyer, in addition, restocking will be deducted from any refund for any package marked returned to sender or package refused deliveries. A Restocking Fee may also apply to items returned for reasons other than defective.  Please make sure your address is correct at checkout.
  • Items should be unused in original condition.
  • All original packaging must be included; original manufacturers box, bags, and accessories.
  • Items should always be mailed back to Atlantic Knife, not the manufacturer.
  • Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse and Credits can take an additional 2 – 10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card company.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any expedited shipping fees added to your original order.


Will I be refunded for shipping charges? 
Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse for shipping fees like expedited shipping added to your original order.

Why haven’t I seen my refund applied to my credit card? 
While we may have received your item and processed your refund, credits can take an additional 2 – 10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card company.  

How do I return an item that is defective or different from what I ordered? 
If you believe you’ve received an incorrect or defective item, we’d like to make it right for you. Simply send us an email at: sales@ and we will take it from there.
